Acceptance of Terms

By using funnytees.ca, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but you'll need to find your funny shirts elsewhere.

Products

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, colours, and sizing. Minor variations may occur. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include no taxes; taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province.

Orders

An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or supply issues. You'll be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Intellectual Property

All designs on our shirts are the intellectual property of FunnyTees.ca. You may not reproduce or resell our designs without written permission. You can wear the shirts, obviously. That's the whole point.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Reviews

By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish it on our website. Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. We moderate all reviews and reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some provinces do not allow limitation of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
