FunnyTees.ca ("we", "us", "Philippe") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, password (hashed — we never store your actual password)
• Order information: Shipping address, items purchased, payment confirmation (payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number)
• Communications: Messages you send us through our contact form
• Newsletter subscription: Email address, if you opt in

How We Use It

• To process and ship your orders
• To communicate with you about your orders
• To send you newsletters if you subscribed (and only if you subscribed)
• To improve our website and service

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Not a single person. Not even for a lot of money.
• We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., Canada Post receives your address to deliver your package)
• We do not use your information for targeted advertising

Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Processes payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Canada Post / Shippo: Handles shipping. Receives your name and address.
• Cloudflare: Provides CDN and security services.

Data Retention

We retain order and account information for 7 years as required by Canadian law for tax purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time; however, order records required for legal compliance will be retained.

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time
• Request deletion of your account

Cookies

We use cookies for session management (to keep you logged in) and cart persistence. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. All data transmission is encrypted via TLS. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.
