Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and printed within 1–3 business days. Philippe does this himself, so during busy periods it may take slightly longer. He appreciates your patience and will not be rushed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated by the number of shirts in your order:

1 shirt — $6.99 CAD
2 shirts — $8.99 CAD
3 shirts — $9.99 CAD
4 or more shirts — $11.99 CAD

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, including Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon. It takes longer. Canada Post is doing their best up there.

We do not currently ship internationally. Sorry.

Estimated Delivery Times

Ontario & Quebec: 3–7 business days
BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 5–9 business days
Atlantic Canada: 5–9 business days
Territories: 7–14 business days

These are estimates. Canada Post has their own timeline and we respect that.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can track it at canadapost.ca or through the Canada Post app, which you can refresh as many times as you like. Philippe does not judge.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived after 15 business days (or 20 for territories), contact us. We'll investigate and if Canada Post has lost it, we'll either reship or refund.
