Our Policy
We want you to love your shirt. If something went wrong โ wrong size, defect, printing issue โ we'll make it right. No runaround, no three-paragraph apology form.
What We Accept
- Returns within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Items with a defect or printing error are eligible for free replacement or full refund regardless of condition
What We Don't Accept
- Washed or worn items (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days without prior arrangement
- Items damaged through misuse (ironing the design, washing in boiling water, etc.)
How to Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason
- We'll confirm and provide a return address
- Ship it back at your cost (unless it was our error โ then we cover shipping)
- Once received, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
Want a different size? Email us. We'll sort it out. Philippe appreciates the chance to make things right.
Defective or Wrong Items
If we sent you the wrong item or your shirt arrived with a defect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping. Just email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
