Our Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees, ever.
What We Accept
- Returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery
- Both defective and non-defective items accepted
- Items must be unworn and unwashed (unless defective)
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Items with a defect or printing error are eligible for free replacement or full refund regardless of condition
What We Don't Accept
- Washed or worn items (unless defective)
- Items returned after 30 days without prior arrangement
- Items damaged through misuse (ironing the design, washing in boiling water, etc.)
How to Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason
- We'll confirm and provide a return address
- Ship it back by mail at your cost (unless it was our error — then we cover shipping)
- No restocking fee charged
- Once received, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We accept exchanges on both defective and non-defective items. Customer pays return shipping for non-defective exchanges.
Defective or Wrong Items
If we sent you the wrong item or your shirt arrived with a defect, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping. Just email us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
